Dear Clinical Nutrition Colleague

On behalf of the organising committee it is our pleasure to invite you to attend the 9th Congress of SASPEN, to be held from 3-5 March 2010 at Spier Estate, Stellenbosch!

The theme of the Congress is “CLINICAL NUTRITION CHALLENGES: EVIDENCE VS PRACTICE”, which will address relevant clinical challenges, and translate the evidence-base into sound clinical practice.

Various topics will be covered in plenaries, symposia and workshops, and will include a wide array of topical and novel emerging themes. Proposed themes/sessions (to be finalised) include:

The 2010 Congress venue, Spier Estate, is situated outside of Stellenbosch in a magnificent rural setting. We invite you to make use of our typical warm winelands hospitality and trust that you will find this Congress enjoyable and academically rewarding.
